Acting the song – masterclass with Judy Kuhn

This masterclass is for the singing actor (or the actor who wants to sing) that focuses on song interpretation and vocal performance. In individual sessions the students will be working on material of their choice addressing performance techniques such as focus and relationship with an audience. You will improvise and work on personalization, deep exploration of text and learn how to “speak” a song. Participants should come ready to play, feel free to experiment with material and hopefully leave with a sense of freedom and self-assurance when walking into an audition or on stage to sing a song.
